These words from a client perfectly capture what drives my passion for facilitation—the transformative power of helping others see with greater clarity and fresh perspectives. With over 15 years in higher education, I’ve channelled my love for learning into both the classroom and leadership roles. Along the way, I’ve been honoured with numerous teaching awards, including Canada’s most prestigious, the 3M National Teaching Fellowship, featured in Maclean’s Magazine – here.

My academic journey includes a PhD in Ecology (2008) and a Bachelor of Science (2003) from the University of Calgary. I’ve also enhanced my skills through advanced training, completing three facilitator programs with the Masterful Facilitation Institute. Whether in higher education or my consulting practice, my mission remains the same: to create spaces where people discover more than they thought possible.
